Hi, I’m Vicky, event coordinator and the heart behind Victorious Productions.

 

For over 20 years, I’ve helped families bring meaningful celebrations to life with structure, calm leadership, and thoughtful execution. I specialize in day-of coordination for weddings, quinceañeras, and multicultural events, ensuring every detail flows seamlessly, from the first rehearsal to the final send-off.

 

My approach is rooted in experience.

 

Before dedicating myself fully to event coordination and choreography, I spent 15 years in corporate sales, marketing, operations, and people management, including roles as a corporate trainer and operations leader. That background shaped how I coordinate today: with clear timelines, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage people, vendors, and transitions under pressure.

 

On event day, I’m not just managing a schedule, I’m managing flow.

 

I anticipate challenges before they arise, adapt quickly when plans change, and maintain a steady presence so couples and families can stay fully present in their celebration. From vendor coordination and timeline execution to ceremony cues, entrances, and reception transitions, my role is to make sure everything moves with intention and ease.

 

Choreography is a natural extension of that work.

 

As a lifelong dancer and choreographer, I design intentional movement that enhances each celebration. From wedding first dances and surprise performances to quinceañera traditions and court choreography, I create pieces that feel authentic, elegant, and culturally respectful. My experience spans Latin and multicultural celebrations, adapting to each family’s traditions while maintaining structure and flow.

 

Becoming a mother brought a deeper clarity to my work.

 

What began as a part-time passion alongside my corporate career grew into a full-time calling, one that allowed me to provide for my family while doing what I love. When my son, Brian, was born with a congenital heart condition called HLHS, it reshaped how I view time, presence, and the people we gather with. Walking a journey with a medically fragile child has reminded me that every moment with our loved ones matters, which is why celebrations like weddings and quinceañeras hold such a special place in my heart. These are the moments we pause life for, gather generations together, and create memories that carry us forward.

 

To elevate the guest experience, I also offer photo booth and 360 booth services as part of select packages. These interactive elements add a fun, modern layer to the celebration while allowing my clients to bundle services for added value, creating memorable moments for guests without the stress of coordinating additional vendors.

 

Clients often refer to me as la madrina, not as a title, but as a role. I guide, support, and protect the experience, especially during emotional or high-pressure moments. Whether I’m calming nerves before an entrance, adjusting a gown, cueing music, managing guest flow, or coordinating behind the scenes, my focus is always the same: to honor the moment and execute it beautifully.
